video camera, a full size Macbook Air keyboard, and a 11.8 inch glossy LED backlit active matrix display widescreen TFT 1366x768 native
resolution in a thin 0.11 - 0.68 inch, 2.3 pound aluminum case and housing. It is a totally new design for Apple Macbook Air Series. Internet
connectivity is supported by an AirPort Extreme wireless card that utilizes 802.11a/b/g/n wireless technologies, bluetooth 2.1+EDR, one USB 2.0
port, analog audio output, and video output capabilities via micro DVI that supports an external 30 inch LED display. It does lack an ethernet
port but an external ethernet port adapter is available, Fire wire, and optical audio input and output. Apple made some considerations during their
research and development process when it came to performance, expandability, connectivity, and affordability in favor of size and weight. Although
the system is smaller for a mini notebook 11.8 inch LED display, full size keyboard with lighting, it has a trackpad that supports multi touch gesturing
and two finger scrolling, pinch, rotate, swipe, single tap, double tap, and draggging, it doesn't include an ethernet port and it also lacks an
internal optical drive, and the battery is made to be non-removable but the battery life has been extended to 30 days of while in stand by mode and an overall
improvement in battery life.
